Four individuals were arrested following an investigation into narcotics activity at Slidell-area residence.

Detectives with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Narcotics Division began investigating after receiving information that illegal narcotics activity was occurring at a residence in the 100 block of Shamrock Driver near Slidell.

On Saturday (April 20), narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at the residence and located and seized the following items: 

  • Counterfeit Oxycodone tablets pressed with Fentanyl
  • Fentanyl powder
  • Crack cocaine
  • Methamphetamine
  • Suboxone
  • Paraphernalia associated with personal use of narcotics
  • 2 Firearms (1 rifle and 1 pistol)
  • Marijuana

As a result of this investigation, four individuals were arrested.

Paige Thompson (DOB 12/01/2000) was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on the following charges:

1 count of L.R.S. 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS (fentanyl)
1 count of L.R.S 40:1023C Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 count of L.R.S 14:95E Possession of a Firearm in Presence of a CDS

Axel Jarquin (DOB: 04/20/1980) was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on the following charges:

1 count of L.R.S 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS (cocaine)
1 count of L.R.S 40:966C Possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana)
1 count of L.R.S 40:1023C Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
1 attachment related to Failure to Pay Cost and Fines

Stuart Duncan (DOB: 05/02/1978) was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on the following charges:

2 counts of L.R.S of 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS (fentanyl and methamphetamine)
1 count of L.R.S 40:966C Possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana)
1 count of L.R.S 40:1023C Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Jake Rizk (DOB: 03/13/1997) was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on the following charges:

1 count of L.R.S 40:967C Possession of Schedule II CDS (fentanyl)
1 count of L.R.S 40:968C Possession of Schedule III CDS (suboxone)
1 count of L.R.S 14:95E Possession of a firearm in presence of a CDS
1 count of L.R.S 40:1023C Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
