The St. Tammany Parish Narcotics Task Force has arrested two Covington men after finding 16 one-pot meth labs at a Covington-area residence last week. Matthew Perry (DOB2/11/1978; 85009 Perry Road, Covington) and Roy Bell (DOB 4/25/1979; 18454 Nelson Road) have both been arrested for one count of manufacturing schedule II CDS (methamphetamine).
