Female Arrested After Attempting to Smuggle Drugs to Male Inmate in STPSO Jail

An approximate month-long investigation by St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Jail Investigators has resulted in the arrest of two people. Kayla Ann Leary (W/F 05/28/1988), was arrested for attempting to smuggle drugs into the parish jail through the facility’s mailroom.
