Lacombe Man Arrested For First Degree Rape

St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Lacombe man in connection with a rape which occurred on Sunday, July 4TH. The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal crash, which occurred Friday (July 16) evening in the Slidell area.
