STPSO Investigating Overnight Shooting in Abita-area Subdivision

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that took place early Monday morning (July 1) that left one person injured.   STPSO deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Pansy and Success Streets in the Abita Nursey subdivision shortly after 1:00 a.m. in response to a shooting.   When deputies arrived, they discovered one male victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.   Evidence recovered…
