Biloxi Man Wanted for Float Theft

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office has obtained an arrest warrant for a Biloxi, Mississippi, man wanted in connection with the felony theft of a Mardi Gras float from the Covington area. STPSO Investigating Gunfire Behind Slidell-area Business

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident that occurred shortly after midnight on Monday, March 11. STPSO deputies were dispatched to the area behind a business on Salmen Street in reference to reports of gunfire. A St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office employee was arrested today (March 12) following a criminal investigation by the STPSO. Terry D. Cederholm II (DOB 01/24/1983), a patrol deputy for the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Criminal Patrol Division, was arrested on a warrant that was issued through the 22ND Judicial Court on Tuesday morning (March 12).  Cedarholm’s employment with the Sheriff’s Office was immediately terminated. STPSO Awarded Funding for Checkpoints, Underage Drinking Enforcement

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation Presents STPSO with Grant

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has awarded a $2,300 grant to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. The money will be used by the Training Division to purchase necessary equipment for first aid and CPR training. All STPSO employees are required to maintain American Heart Association first aid and CPR certification. Sheriff Urges Residents to Lock Vehicle Doors After Rash of Burglaries

**Update** Arrest warrants have been issued for four individuals in connection with a recent rash of vehicle burglaries reported in March, in western St. Tammany Parish.
