A St. Rose man was arrested early Saturday (October 30) morning,  on multiple narcotics charges, following a brief pursuit in St. Tammany Parish.
At approximately 1:00 am this morning, a St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s deputy attempted to make a traffic stop on a black 2014 Mercedes C63 AMG, while traveling on Interstate 12. The driver refused to stop and fled the police. A brief pursuit ensued and ended on Louisiana Highway 434 in Lacombe.
The driver, Duvell London III, was taken into custody and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute, after deputies discovered 180 Ecstasy tablets, 8.8 pounds of Marijuana, and $4845.00 inside the vehicle.
London was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on the above charges, as well as one count of Felony Flight and one count of Careless Operation of a motor vehicle.
