While being pursued by STPSO deputies, Sun Police officers, Bogalusa Police officers and deputies from the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office, Allen crashed the vehicle just outside of the Bogalusa city limits.
He was booked into the Washington Parish Jail as a fugitive out of St. Tammany Parish and on charges related to the vehicle pursuit.
