| The above subject was last seen at his residence on St. Louis Street in Lacombe, La at approximately midnight. At that time he was observed sleeping in his bed. When his mother awoke later on the same morning of Wednesday, April 11, 2012, there were no signs of Ulysses. He has neurological disabilities and is an avid fisherman who frequents many waterways throughout the Lacombe area.
